You can earn 15% annual net profit by investing in YDY Construction projects. As an investor in the operating income of the completed YDY Construction projects, you can earn 12% of your annual income every month. If you wish, you can both make a profit as a Project Investor and benefit from EB5 GreenCard opportunities for you and your family.

We are on site to optimize profits and ensure they operate efficiently. SALE OF REAL ESTATE WITHIN 2-3 YEARS We aim to further increase your investment and profitability by increasing the property value of our completed Affordable houses and hotels and selling them at a price well above the cost prices we built.

MONTHLY DISTRIBUTIONS Just like in REITs, we are already exceeding expectations by distributing profits at an annual rate of 12%, as we have done in other countries in previous years. Our structure requires us to distribute 90% of our operating profit in our completed Affordable apartment and hotel projects by the end of the year. AFFORDABLE APARTMENT AND HOTEL SALES PROFIT DISTRIBUTION We expect to sell our completed Affordable and Hotel projects within 2-3 years at a price higher than the price at which we cost our portfolio, with total returns reaching ~20% annually.
